Deleting your Veracity People account

This page explains how to delete your Veracity People account and what happens to your data. It applies to the Veracity People mobile app, operated by Veracity People (Coombabah, QLD, Australia).

How to delete your account (in the app)

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app:

1. Open the Veracity People app and sign in.

2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).

3. Tap Delete account.

4. Confirm with your device biometric (fingerprint or face).

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered.

If you can’t access the app

If you’re unable to sign in to delete your account yourself, email us at contact@veracitypeople.com from the email associated with your account (or including your registered mobile number) and we will process the deletion for you.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• your profile and username;

• your registered devices and security credentials;

• all of your Emotional Awareness check-ins and reflections.

What is kept, and for how long

The only information we retain after deletion is what the law requires us to keep:

• Purchase records and the contact details attached to them are retained for up to seven (7) years as transaction records, then anonymised.

Everything else associated with your account is deleted.
